Order and delivery terms


1. Ordering

The customer agrees to the applicable delivery terms and conditions at the time of ordering. The order is made through the online store. An order confirmation will be sent via email, which will include the order number, order price, shipping costs, and the ordered products.

2. Product prices

The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product presentations. The price of the products includes 25,5 % Value added tax.

3. Payment

Paytrail Oyj serves as the payment intermediary and service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions and is an authorized payment Institution. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement and forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.

4. Delivery

The products are delivered to the postal parcel machine picked by the customer. The order is sent usually in 1-3 business days from the order date. We strive to clearly communicate any exceptions in the order.

5. Delivery costs

Postage costs are added to the product price.

Posti – parcel 6,10 euros

The shipment is picked up from the post office or from postal parcel machine.  Usually the order can be picked up within 1-4 business days after 4pm.

Postal district: The arrival notification is comes via text message and usually also to the e-mail adress specified in the shipment. The shipment is stored in the post office for seven days in addition to the date of arrival.

Postal parcel machine: Arrival notification and parcel machine code are sent by text message. The parcel is stored in the parcel machine for seven days in addition to the date of arrival. 

When the order is ready, you will recieve a delivery id, wich you can use to track the progress of the delivery on Posti’s website www.posti.fi.

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs to Finland.

Free delivery to orders over 50 euros.

6. Return and exchange

Orders have a 14-day right of return in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The return must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product. The return must be notified in writing by e-mail, sanna-mari.ruonaniemi@withinnature.fi. The e-mail must contain the order number, your name, adress and phone number and the reason for the return.

The right to return only applies to unused and salable products. Returned products must be in intact packaging. The customer is responsible for the return costs of defect-free products. We do not refund postage costs, and we do not redeem packages sent cash on delivery. When the products to be returned have been approved, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the order.

If you want to exchange the product for another product, you must notify us by e-mail. The customer is responsible for the return costs of the exchanged product. Postage is always charged for the product sent instead.

A package not picked up from postoffice is not a return.

7. Complaint/defective product

If the wrong product has been delivered to the customer or the product has been damged or lost during trasnport, the customer must notify it immediately by e-mail. The faulty product will be replaced with a new one if possible, or if the wishes, the price of the product will be refunded. Damage to the package must be reported immediately to the post office when picking up the package.
